Diverse working environment where political priorities can at times over ride the administrative priorities. Role requires me to work across the Institution with particular focus on performance management, ER, Wellness and OD. Most challenging aspect is the continuous changes in the environment.

- Working with various stakeholders in the Environmental Impact Assessment Process for 9 years. - Working for Prasa locomotive Public Participation in Cape Town, Durban, Gauteng. - Working in the mines for public participation (blasting surveys) - Working with Lesotho, Mozambique and Zimbabwean Government to strengthen relations to achieve good working relationships in managing borders. - Ensuring public participation for the people of Gauteng in the processes of Gauteng Legislature.
