Corporate social investment.

working here at gauteng gambling board is good because gambling board is the one that make lots of money in all Provence typical work :that i do everyday is to go through all applications that come in because as an corporate social investment officer is not easy as we make sure that all applicants get all the all they need from us as a company. relationship with co-workers: is good because we are divided in small teams, like on my department we only five people, which make us to understand each other and to help one another .our relationship is good.i have learnt lots of things specially about how to tread different people.i enjoy doing side visits to all organisations that we funded. the most challenging of my job is when we have to look for e.g maybe if we funded organisation and those people don't deliver. we have to go after them and include our legal department and then police, which is a long road to come to an end.

Excellent learning curve

a very good company to work for Working for this company provides a good balance between work and family There are no long hours of work I am a free spirited person, I easily get along with all my colleagues I have enjoyed the fact that GGB is a compliance operational business, discipline is key, integrity is also one of the values

Pros: Employee Centric
Cons: Ageing Company, its not easy to get a job cause people never leave, They reject change, you are forced to either get used to how they had been doing things or jump
