Learning new thing daily Hardworking and thrive working in a team. Can work in extreme presure without burning up. Value honesty, integrity, decisiveness and company a great deal of loyalty to my employer. Social defects such as absenteeism which is a result of alcohol abuse, drug abuse, laziness, personal problems becoming work problems annoys me.
Pros: Great Opportunity to expand my knowledge of labour laws and personal career growth.

Excellent learning curve
Advice both the HOD and MEC on policy matters pertaining to SGB (queries and investigation and conflict resolution), Learner Discipline matters , School Fee Exemption appeals and Learner Leadership Development. Processing both Learner Expulsion Recommendation and School Governing Body queries and advice the Executive accordingly. Recommend for approval on Provincial Policy amendment. Help Community members on walk-in query lodging. Conduct capacity building on various programmes as and when necessary to District Coordinators, teachers and learners. I enjoy working with various stakeholders and understanding their plight and assisting them find solutions according to appropriate legal framework governing education. I relate and work well with teammembers. It is a challenge to work extended hours and having to travel long distance

I have experience in many aspects of Admin assistant and office administration. I am responsible for capturing, filing system, attending queries, Registrations, Arrangement of Meetings, accounting, ordering stock and office supplies, maintaining records, creating and updating inventories, and greeting customers at the door and many more.
