Excellent learning curve

Collegues: I have learnt to understand and eccept that people are not the same and each of us has a good / bad side. Duties must be fulfilled even if we don't like each other. To not take everything personal sometimes he / she didn't mean to cause any harm just there was a lot of pressure at that time. Clients: They need to be assisted that is why they chose to come to my school therefore I must play my part not forgetting the company / department policy and procedures. They did not mean to shout at / undermine me but they need to understand why is their statement shows a minus and they have paid in advance.

Pros: We have four holidays per annum.
Cons: Because it is a school there are no promotions unless if you're interested in teaching.
