I started as an inten and got a permanent position as an HR practitioner. Which is more of a generalist function, and I got practical exposure within the broader spectrum of Human Resources. I have been with the institution for for 6 years now. And now I'm seeking growth and personal development through studying further for my degree

This is where I had most of my experience and life teaching, also my growth professionally.

It was a typical office hours job, however with a lot of extended hours which I enjoyed cause it was when everyone has gone home and given me space and time to resourceful and creative. I had an joyful day with my coworkers as we were working in an open plan which enhanced relationship among coworkers. I learned that hard work pays, I have learned the importance of team work and leadership. I enjoy a well executed work at the end of the day and the recognition that comes after doing a good job. Do deal with difficult and uncontrollable and dishonest subordinates.

Auditing diffent sections knowing the broad background information about the directorate

• Planning of engagement • Execution of information received for the audit • Compile audit working papers and file audit evidence • Reporting • Conduct follow up Audits to check whether recommendation were considered and findings addressed • Ensure client surveys are completed by clients for each audit projects; and • learned the system used and deal with differennt cultures enjoy assisting the department to achieve its goals and targets difficult clients delay to give comments,action plan for my report to be finalised

Pros: learning new things everyday
Cons: i can work long hours in order to deliver my projects on time if not i do take my work home

Excellent learning experience

A great government department with good business culture. The tone is set from the top of the hierarchy, management always involved and growth for juniors is key to the department.

Gained a lot of experience

it is a great pleasure to work for this company, the employees are welcoming but management work in isolation. I have learnt a lot in terms of experience. I enjoy working from home It is challenging to work hard with no indication of one's future prospect in the company

Pros: no promotion at all
Cons: Overworked
