Excellent in current Technology

I have a lot in teaching . I teach students and teachers to use smarboard which helpd to build good work ethics. Easily get along with co workers and I am person who enjoy helping teachers with any IT challenges they experience.

Pros: Learn a lot about dealing with students
Cons: Shortage of ICT resources and they way resources are administered limits my productivity and potential

Excellent

GCRA is good compay that gave me an exposure to ICT industry since I joined them I also managed to complete my modules like Microsoft Technology Associate

Pros: Good opportunity to gain experience necessary workplace as Technician
Cons: Lack of Communication between employers and employees

Great learning curve

Working at GCRA made me the man i am. Being therer gave the confidence to face any challenges that I was faced with. Trying teach high school learners can bring tremendous strain to an individual. But all that hard work madd me believe in myself.

My excellence was to advice learners at high school about their careers.

I worked for the Gauteng City Region Academy (GDE), placed at Vukani Mawethu Secondary school as a Career Practitioner to assist life orientation teachers and learners about their careers such as career advice, career expo, invigilation, marking, allocate marks and Admin work typing, recording data, filling and emailing. When one of the life orientation teachers are not available I have to fill in to the classes to continue with the syllabus. The relationship with the teacher so exciting and good we worked as a team to achieve the common goal. I have never had a problem with management of the school and with teachers as well.

Cons: it was eihgt hour of time

Good learning experience

Working at Gauteng and City Region Academy it was great I had good relationship with my colleagues. It was very challenging working as was dealing with students. That place taught me a lot of things like team player, being time management.

Pros: It has a good opportunity for learning
Cons: No opportunity for permanent employment

No development stracture

short hours,interacting with the learners,building good relationship with co-workers, I have learned to be informative and competent,enjoy taking learners to educational trips and the most challenging is trying to find the best schools for learners whom can not read or write.

Pros: not great opportunity for promotion
Cons: short working hours
