I enjoyed the job it gave me the ex[perience which i have for now and i won teaching awards in 2015

i an aperson who enjoyed working with my co workers they were happy because they also learn from me how i do things to be more efficiency and effective. i also have a good relationship with my co workers and i do learnt to be loyal to people because i believe it pays me in the long run and to be open to them at all times. i learnt that team working will improve group performance and will add value to the company i did enjoy to be at tutor and my students loved me so much i di d change their lives for ever wuth many tastimonies i did inspire them As a woman i was shy because BECAUSE THRE WERE 10 GUYS WHO WORK WITH ME BU T LATER ON IT DISSAPPER I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN MY SELF

Pros: HONEST,RELIABLE AND CONFIDENCE IN MYSELF
Cons: I CAN BE SLOW BUT I DO THE JOB MORE EFFECTIVE

I did have experience in my previous job and i become competence to what i was doing

i need to gain more experience for my job i love teaching and it is my key competence areas in my life however i need to be a qualified lecturer thus why i am doing my postgraduate diploma in economics and masters in mathematics of finance

Pros: competence to my job and i do enjoy it very well
Cons: limited room for growth
