Passionate to learn

Am good working with people .i have design and manage few project including upgrading parts of OR Thambo airport,Venda builders express and Tsakane side walks.

Pros: I learn alot including how to manage people and work with target

I feel like I'm not going forward where I currently work.

The owner of the company did well in his life by forming the company from the ground up, the culture is fine, everyone gets along with each other even though sometimes we argue and staff but we are a family. The issue is with salaries, I feel like we are not being paid fairly. Some of us are being underated. We have qualifications for the job yet we not getting paid what we worth.Whever you speak to management about a raise, the always decline. I was never given a job description but they expect me to do performance review.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Sometimes we work on weekends which are not to be paid
