Company joined for stability

Great clients base,director very experienced but limited staff are always leaving hence new staff all the tiime. Assume due to minium exposure and no perks like bonuses,overtime pay not rewarded,sick leave ans annual leave is deducted from salary hence nit rewarding. Staff always leaving is greatest concern for me.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Employee characters are not very approachable

Excellent learning environment, open door policy in place

Garach Incorporated is an excellent work environment to get on the job training be it in the accounting field or the tax field. Managers are eager to help you understand complex issues and no question is a stupid question. You deal with many different clients from different indusrty sectors

Pros: Great learning environment
Cons: family run business therefore growth opportunities do not exist, benefits are not the greatest
