Its a very challenging field with a lot of dynamics

we are trying very hard to gain trust from our customer who have been deserted for a long time.The delivery system is less favourable to our customers,however we have a healthy relationship amongst ourselves as coleagues. The biggest problem is when our senior managers don't take any advises from us.We are all not happy about the car allowance system as we use our cars to do the job and we are not well compensated

Pros: Looking forward to greater career moves
Cons: delivery is not at the right phase and shortage of stock lines often

Another learning experience

I am actually enjoying myself working independently,even though we are still trying to recapture the market that was deserted by the previous companies who were running our brand however with the experience I have I find it easy to do as I have done scrubbing for new customers and started a route that ended up being big in my past experience. It is not easy getting the customers confidence back once you happen to drop them on the way and that is our biggest challenge however we are overcoming that challenge by taking it one step at the time addressing their problems and it is working.
