Job description

Mondays iam 06:10 at work going through the last reports of the weekend, at 08:00 we have a operational meeting with all area managers/inspectors. After that there's a fleet inspection and last few instructions to sort out. The rest of the day I sort out complaints from our clients and personel, then I start with area audits. Helping out where the work is to much or where clients are getting difficult. Everyday is different and with different challenges, the only thing that is the same is my team. I have an awesome team that I can push to the limit and they will preform and succeed, and they are not scared to ask for help because that's what iam there for to. I enjoy the traveling, meeting new people and see new placeses, solving problems and the satisfaction of my co-worker. Nobody can be successful on there own and a good team is vital to successful business.

Room for improvement

Working at this company is a great opportunity and there is always room for improvement.We are like a family and there is always interaction with in colleagues. I have learnt that no matter how difficult or hard work can be but with hands on team nothing is impossible. The most enjoyable things about working here is that everyone everyday wears their smiley faces which makes the day go smoother even on the negative days. The most challenging thing is when we have to reach target and working unpaid overtime but overall this is the best place for an individual to grow in confidence and self esteem

EXCELLENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL HONESTY AND HARDWORKING INDIVDUAL

ITS AM EASY GOING COMPANY .MY TYPICAL WORK IS DOING ADMIN ASWELL AS MY OWN CONTROLROOM DUTIES. I HAVE A VERY EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEAUGES. I ADAPT MYSELF VERY EASILY .I'VE LEARN ALOT AND GAINED TOO MUCH EXPERIENCE. I ENJOYED WORKING WITH PEOPLE THAT ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE BECAUSE THAT SMILE IS WHAT GIVES THE COMPANIES NAME. I TO ACHIEVE AT ITS BEST'VE HAD NOT THAT MUCH CHALLENGES BUT WHEN IT ARISE IM READY LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

Pros: THE BEST AND GREATEST OPPORTUNITY IN ACHIEVING MY GOALS AND DREAMS AND UPLIFTING THE COMPANY ACHIEVEMENTS AND SUCCESS.
Cons: WORKING UNDER PRESSURE, HAVING THE ABILITY TO UNSUPERVISED AND VERY LONG HOURS , AS WELL ROTATING SHIFTS THAT IS SO GOOD
