Not a good enviroment

Its like being Alice in Wonderland. There's very few systems and procedures and what is in place keeps changing. I am demotivated continuously. The owner is not strong in administration and staff leave continuously voluntary or not. There is no benefits, except you straight salary and the working hours are very long. Its a fear filled environment that isn't conducive to growth

Cons: Unhealthy labour practices

Excellent learning curve

I have only started here a month now and find that professionalism is a must.They work on accuracy to detail and paper trail is in order.A pressurized environment that requires our full attention in order to give excellent customer satisfaction
