Good working environment

Sometimes one doesn’t get to finish their day to day task due to interruptions by management who will expect you to leave everything that you’re doing and focus on them But we have a good working team since it’s a small company and we get along with each other. I have learned a lot in the 4 years that I have worked in NDT industry.

Pros: there is opportunity for growth
Cons: long working hours

Eye opening experience

I create a job card an give it to the cnc machinist to go collect material from stores , he will manufacture the job according to the mechanical drawings that are also issued by me and reviewed by me . I assessential if there are any shortage of parts in stores , and plan when will it be manufactured and for how long .after production I check all the parts if the are in spec , if the job still need external work I issue it to the best external manufacture. I order all the tools and all the consumable as needed by the workshop, I assess most of the equipment from a client coming on for service or maintenance.

Cons: hard working
