Earlier at work even when I am called to fill in for anyone. My customers always comes first no matter how hard they can make it difficult for me since I enjoy to resolve their problems so we I can achieve my strength through the day. What I really enjoy is to communicate with every person and pick up any purpose in their lives and try to compare with mine, then I will get my answer to be able to pull through in life. The most challenging aspect of my job is to work with huge amount of money that every customer carries around whereby they can just use their cards since anyone can rob them from their cash. And also to follow the shrinkage through the day of stock not to be missed scanned or purchased by customer.

I have learnt to team work and to master every work I do
I worked in the administration desk in the receiving department of game stores and I was awesome and it was so challenging, we heard 7 of us working under that department and our working relationship was good and professional, we were able to work as a team and we were all friendly to each other, I have learnt alot about administration work, and I have gained a lot of office work experience, my challenges the most while I was working at gamestores was that sometimes when we don't have store to receive in the computer we would be told to help with taking heavy palents to the wearhouse and it was very challenging but then I love challenges. I learnt to multitask, to work fast, answer calls in a professional way etc, I believe I am the best candidate for any Administration job position, I studied office administration at school and I have administration work experience thank you

I have experiance in all Administration related tasks. Assist during recruitment and selection. Create files for all new employees and make sure they have employee numbers and load them on the company system. Make sure all employees are inducted.
Pros: there were no promotions as we were many so chances were very few.

I've learnt to improve my skills and knowledge
I have been working for game stores from 2019, I have been working both a a stock taker and stock controller, I heard a good relationship . with both colleagues and managers, I worked shifts and we were given 2 days off a week and and our shift woui have improved my skolls and knowledge.ld either start at 8am, 9am or 11am, I sometimes worked alone and sometimes with my colleagues. I always worked hard and dedicated myself in every thing I did at work.

LEARNED A LOT
When I started at game I started as a cashier to being a supervisor within 8months,my checkout manager saw a potential and explored it,now the admin is busy training me various dept such as cash office and customer service,I have learned 4dept with 4years of working there,we have an awesome team and we build each other and motivate one another,just some of the management doesn't like seeing people grow within the company and I feel I cant explore myself the way I want.what I enjoy is a difficult or annoyed customer that is where I feel proud to work with customers,I make sure the customer walks out of the store with a smile.

Excellent learning curve
My typical work day will start with filling and canvassing the product to customers, connecting with headoffice with customer complaints and then issueing them with cards and products, answering the phones and redirecting thwm to the correct department and handling and questions they may have. I also keep a good relationship with my so workers as they are the people you see most of the day, respect each other and you will work well together. Challenging will be difficult people you work with on a daily basis difficult customers. If I do the work I love I enjoy every day because then the day will go easier.

Opportunity to learn and grow
I am very passionate about my job and have a good working experience with co workers as a team , have learnt perseverance and tolerance ever since ive worked in this industry because you get to meet different characters and learnt to put the best of my diversity knowdlege into place by having to accomodate each and every person and assisting each to the best of my ability but not forgetting to apply the company rules and procedures

Great opportunity to learn
Daily work is busy but fun. I have a good relationship with most of my?colleagues and i enjoy working with them. I have learnt so many things ever since I started working with the company. I enjoy assisting customers, giving them best service and making it easy for to understand the products they need to purchase. Challenging aspects for me are when I'm working with a colleague andthat doesn't want to learn or to work hard.
