Fast learner, eager to learn more, ability to multitask
With my current position I've learnt how to relate with customers, deal with different personalities as well attitude. Iv learnt to be patient. My co-workers and I have a good relationship because we respect each other and that our positions differ but we always have to help each other in attaining goals. I enjoy my job because it allows me to learn new things everyday. The most challenging aspects is that I always have to be friendly and respective even when a customer is being hard on me.

Dealing with customers
Dealing with customer's its bit challenging because they say customer are King of the business and they put food on our tables,so customer's they expect us to treat them like that. One I was dealing with the customer that her delivery was supposed to take place a day ago then I tell the customer its fine I will make a plan to delivery your goods to day then I took my car and delivered the customer's I terms then she was happy
Pros: I'm looking for training for manager but still waiting to be approved first
Cons: Long its not a problem as long its been discussed first before and I also work long hours heater at game like December

I worked at game clear water I have three years iam not happy the way they treat as employees we are noting we work hurd we are earning a small salary we are always a suspect my wish is to get a better job and support my family cause iam know married iam 29 years old I have 2 girls

Fast learner
Business minded i started as cashier i was patient for a long time of ten years as casual. I got promoted as a stock controller in cellular deparrtment when i was busy learning as a strock controller i learned to assist as admin clerk after six months at cellular i got a permanent position as admin clerk till now

Good customers service
I've learned a lot at game about taking care of my flat bag and my tray ,the relationship was good helping each other as a group,and I enjoyed working for them .typical work days it was on pensioners day where I would forget to ask the pensioner that does he/she have a pensioners card,working with costomers is very hard job u need to have patienct and do what you have been thought greet a customer with smile ad stand three enter away from a customer ask if you can help and thank them afterwaeds

Good experience and learning.
My daily schedule was fair because i got day offs. I enjoyed working with my team members for they were cooperative and had team building spirit. I also enjoyed helping customers and i have learned a lot in customer service department.

Fast learner
Dealing with different people and you have to control the team in a good manner make sure they do the right thing as a head of the department because sometimes people they dont want to work so you have to push and make sure work is done correctly Filling is done Capturing of the customers details on the system Sending the reconcilliation to our headoffice Counting the stock everyday Answering the calls Sorting out queries for customers sometimes you have to go extra mile because you have to make customer happy. Sorting out paperwork daily Activating customers contract Checking whether the team took the right documents
