-Have a Good relationship with my co-workers -Learn how to deal with customers problems -improve my customers service -I enjoyed working with people and communicate with them and solving their problems -the challenge aspect was making the customer happy

Training as customer service clerk

Dealing with return on daily basis. Explain the policy to customer. Answer queries of customers and staff. Dealing with rude customer. What I've learned is not to argue with customers

Pros: You need to work hard in order to be noticed
Cons: 8 hours per day

Hardworking

I am a very hardworking person,I am good with people and do my best to my ability to help others.I am also good at working in a team and helping out where I can.if I am ask to do a task and for it to be delivered in a certain time period, i do so.I also have respect for my collegues and anybody in general.I am eager to learn new things and gain experience.I am not perfect and do make mistakes but work extra hard to not make the same mistake competitive times.what I enjoy most is working in a positive,happy and friendly environment.

Pros: Team is friendly
Cons: Hours that gets cut.
