I am a vibrant and ambitious individual who can take on any challenge enthusiastically. I can demonstrate ethics in the workplace. Being efficient and teachable, I am willing to work hard to achieve my goals. My written and oral communication skills are of good calibre. I work well under pressure, in teams as well as individually with minimal supervision. I work resourcefully to find new or better practical ways to improve my work process. I handle criticism constructively and use it as a stepping-stone in my growth. My experience to date has enabled me to work effectively with different people. personalities, situations and environments; as well as improve my communication, learning and leadership skills. I have the ability to plan, manage multiple tasks, take ownership and accomplish those tasks before due time. I'm experienced in customer service, staff administration & management, general admin duties, staff scheduling, data capturing, housekeeping and problem solving skills.

Pros: Gained communication and great customer service skills. Learned problem solving and staff management as the floor manager. Also assisted with ITB (collection of stock for a customer from one store branch to the other).

Excellent learning

To whom it may concern I have completed my national diploma at Durban university of technology in the field of Retail business Management where I have learnt the importance of corporate work with an intense focus on customer satisfaction. I started working at Game store as cashier where I have gained experience for customer service and problem solving skills. I'm currently working as a receptionist where by I do exceptional telephonic queries conduction on multi channel devices and supervising new trainees. Working in popular stores as a trainee and supplemented my academic achievements with work experience. This has encouraged me to enhanced my skills and abilities in my field of work and has prepared me in various aspects to excel in a umanagement position.that Please consider my application for a position in your company. Very good team player and i have the knowledge of pastel and computer literacy

I learnt most of my experiences from this company but it takes time to acknowledge someone.

People work hard everyday that's a typical normal day there.And my relationship with my team was so close and fruitful I made it my mission that I teach them what I know so that they could do things in the department and not wait for me because as a manager you have a lot on your plate so if u turn to be selfish in training your team then that's where you will feel the pressure of the department. I enjoyed every moment spent with my team .

Pros: trainings and experiences
Cons: too much long hours,no time to bond with your family,cant attend events on weekends.

Too enthusiastic and enriching

Well is very good to work in that company but it is that there's no growth, and the possibility of finding yourself passing by life is too much because there is no progress in there, also salary is hand to mouth

I'm a good learner.. Ambitious and love to give excellent customer service

I love my work it have gave me lot of knowledge.. My co_worker's were very good people and helpful I enjoyed the most when we get the feedback from our customers about excellence customer service

Obtained more experience

_The day will typically start when the customers flocks in. _Core workers so cooperative even though management or seniors are sometimes uses threats instead of courage to keeps us productive. _I ve learnt to deal with different kinds of people and adjust to their levels in terms of communication and closing deals. _I really enjoys to communicate with them particularly in sharing knowledge and learning from them _the most challenging part of it is work pressure and impatient customers, but my knowledge and my experience makes it more easier to deal with them.

Pros: Great opportunity to explore the retail sector
Cons: Long flexible working hours and days
