Lack of rooms for an improvement.

Every work day is almost the same as the other, having to waking up each and every day to go and do one and same things, I believe on each every workplace one has to somehow grow and face new challenges and be able to grow personally. and where I am right now, I don't see any of those aspects, the relationship I have with my colleagues I wouldn't portray it as bad nor good but it is fair. One of the things I've learned is to always not to let any of your personal problems interfere with your work and try to be as calm and as humble as possible, what I do enjoy the most is the fact that I get to interact with different people each every day, and in some instances and you get to understand their life style. Having to do one and same thing week in and week out is challenging on its own.

Pros: No opportunity for the promotion
Cons: Average working hours

Good learning curve

I'm a hard working individual who really enjoys his work, I'm used to working long hours, i'm used to working to very tight deadlines, i work on weekends more times than not, skilled and passionate in my field, very energetic and optimistic.

Pros: great opportunity for growth
Cons: long hours, low selaries
