• Receiving and dispatching of stock • Ordering of stock (jhghjconsumables, crocket and cutlery) according to event requirements. (packaging stores) • Negotiating prices with supplier • Doing stock take and investigate discrepancies • Writing consumable report to the manager, after ever event. • Writing damage reports • Liaising with supplies • Generating PO on the system after quotation. (Pastel) • Recording stock movement onexcel. • Loading stock on the system • Managing stock levels • Filling of invoices
