When I'm intering in the work place first thing in the morning I start with counting the stock and entering them in the computer. From there manufacturing the salads after that check the stock how much they bought and how many theyleft in the stock.from there we make cleaning the shop while others cocking till the shop opening at 9:00 till 14:00the other shift arrived and I make cash up.during the day i enter the invoice from purchase.most what I enjoy is when we are working we work as a team work I enjoy that part cz the job flows smoth.the most challenging is when the customer complain about the food sometimes taking long they make noise cz people they are not the same others are patient.what I'm learning is always when you with many people especially your position is over them make sure you lesson carefully what they saying and what they want and you must know them Thank you.

I am jeremiah sithagathaga ,i have 4 managing experience,i have good computer skill,i can able to work 16 hours day,i also know how to work with customer,i also use work under pressure & i have customer skill.

Customer service

As a cashier I have learnt a lot, to work under pressure, multitasking, telephone etiquette, how to work with people. I have learnt how to work almost all the stations in the shop.

Good

It is a good environment to work at and we were getting along with other workers and customers.The management was good .I have learned how to work with customers and how to cook ,clean and working as a team, what was challenging the most was the customers .

Willing to learn more, exploring mind

We are working 8 days, 10 hours then 4 days off The relationship with the co-workers is ups and down compering the mood of the day To be humble and respect your customers even your co-workers , that the customers came first more than everything at work. Helping people is the best thing i enjoy most because we all need assistant after all, the person you helping can help you tomorrow in return. Being afraid to take risk in such a point.

Excellent Marketing and Learning

I have been working at galitos from 2013 I really enjoyed the experience and Learning new things, to work with a team...It was an experience. The reason I leave is because as a bouncer you have many enemies, these people comes and fight and I alone had to take then out my life was in danger because they would target me, wait for me to knock out then I'll would see flying bottles coming straight to me...I want an environment where is safe

Fast learning experience

The galitos job teach me how to save money, was my first job for me. I HV learned many experience on how to cook, drive and respect people's all the time.when comes to competition i was having good knowledge on how we can win it.the challenges that I have faced, work under pressure when costumes need their food while their not ready and costume deserve good service.
