2 years work experience at amine

it is a great experience working at a mine, I have and am still learning a lot when it comes to health and safety, I work well with every one since I work with every one as a safety officer, I managed to build a relationship with all the employees at this mine , I went through a training were I did all the mining jobs to have clarity on how to work safe on that particular job. I enjoy completing my tasks or duties alone but I do not mind working as a group cause you learn hoe to work smart if you together. the most challenging things in my position is if a person gets injured at work and he /she goes home without reporting ,then after a day the person comes and say he /she is injured, and some become cross if I tell them I cant help because they did not report immediately. as safety do safety meetings and remind every one to report any minor or major accident/ incident

Pros: hard work,maintaining safety,complete all given duties
Cons: when it comes to safety you do not ignore nor live a dangerous area without eliminating the hazard

Hard worker

I'm able to work in a team and under pressure. Do fault finding ,wiring and switching. I enjoy fault finding in a system. It's challenging to do switching

Pros: Great exposure to gain experience
Cons: Long hours
