Galaxy Experience
It is quiet an experience however it is strenous as some other days ull have to work extra hours someone to releave never pitch,Subordinate are very cooperative they engage with you in all the decision they are taking more especially when it came to day off or leave they communicate on time giving you ample time to reschedule,I have learn that team work is important even thou u had trouble with your boss u still have support from colleagues and subordinate. The most challenging of the job is when the budget is being cut off and you dont have enough staff ,u end up doing the job youself in order to satisfy the customer

Underpaid
I don't have any challenges and there nothing much to learn since i feel that im that im over qualified for that job. There is no room to grow in that company since they dont give people like me opportunities to face new challenges and offer promotions

Good learning curve
I was working 9 hours a day including 1 hour for lunch, I was working as a manager and the relationship with my co- workers was excellent because there was respect among us and we were following the protocol of the company. Working with the company has gave me lot of experience because I started as a floor person and I end up on management. The most thing I enjoy within the company was working as a team, respect and advice from customers, mostly was when our customers were happy, there was nothing challenging everything was correct and in order.

Excellent learning curve
I dont think that the company has a growth potential, positions are limited for growth. Salries are not great, the company can pay a bit more than what they paying. I have learnt a lot considering that i came in the company with no experience, am good at my job due to acquired training i recieved. I enjoy working with people, meeting deadlines, being on my toes and applying skills learned. I would say the most challenging aspect of the job is when people take work personal and would ensure that you get in trouble due to their inability to carry out their own responsibilities. It has been challenging and good at the same time working with different personalities, i see it as a learning curve because not everyone will like to see you succeed in life, which in some strange way motivates me to do my out most best.

Good with team work
communication with staff most valuable thing to me, excellent service to customer, talking respectively to my superior and managing stock according to their sales especially monthly stock. i am passionate to my work and help where they is shortage of staff including all areas. i have been promoted for the third time to this company due to my hard work that has been paid off and i really like challenges to my work environment that makes me not worry to work at any places.
