I have been studying towards CCNA currently

With reference to the advertised position on the career portal, i hereby apply for the above mentioned Position. I am well schooled and have Matric, A+, N+ I have worked in the IT field for over ten years and have desktop support, Service desk support, IT Technician support, Networking, server support and systems monitoring experience just to mention a few. Having said the above i am sure that when given the opportunity i can add more value into the company and continue to give more growth and exposure. EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

i enjoy learning new things daily,work is medium.i have a good relationship with all the staff members and willing to learn a lot from them.enjoy coordinating technical stall on onsite calls.have skill with call centre,admin an stock taking.

Good working environment

I work with good people . a very relaxed at own pace work environment. As it gets busy we handle the work load . No person on your back to dictate as long as when a situation arises we know exactly how to handle it and the job is done efficiently.Th e only aspect of concern is no pension fund and salary does not really meet needs fully .

As a young woman I have learnt that customer services is the best industry what is needed is good quality services ,and I have very good communication with my colleagues I am a bit of a workaholic.What I enjoy helping customer with software and hardware .

Always exciting challenges daily

No 2 days are ever the same, each day comes with new challenges. I am well liked by my peers as well as by staff reporting to me. I enjoy the hussle and bustle of the work and the daily challenges faced.

Good for gaining experience

Exciting work environment, good people. It is very mechanical days at work, its the same thing everyday, no challenges. I have enjoyed working with not only my co-workers but with my clients and suppliers. A very welcoming approach from all. I enjoyed being around friendly people and casual environment everyday. The greatest challenge I faced was getting to progress in other fields as I was restricted to only my job description. I wanted to learn more to gain more experience in other fields of the company.
