I have learnt a lot of things such as punctuality n patience

I get along with all staff members . 23 -03 each month are our busiest times but i work well i enjoy each days challenge as they are always different dealing with difficult customers on the phone

Excellent learning curve. Great opportunity, good customer service.

The company groomed me in the customer service industry. I have learned alot. Worked directly with customers from all walks of life. I am a goal oriented person who gets her motivation from accomplishing tasks put before me. I am a hard worker, a fast learner. This company helped me to understand that working as a team is a key liability to good customer service

Pros: Great career opportunity, team work, learning alot from working under pressure and working with a team
Cons: Normal working hours. From 09:00-18:00

There is room for growth

I am a hard worker who has learnt a lot from this company through my dedication i am where i am today . I work well as an individual as well as in a team . I believe you can do anything you put your mind to

Cons: im have relocated to PTA i find it difficult to get to work on time
