Asset/ Finance Administrator
I am currently working for a leading Security Company - G4S for the past 13 years in various positions as I progressed during my career. In my current role as Financial Administrator, my main focus is managing the company’s asset register for 11 regions within South Africa. My skills that I have acquired include, but are not limited to: excellent numerical skills, an eye for detail and accuracy, a good sense of confidentiality and highly effective communication on all levels. Furthermore I am an analytical thinker with good overall computer skills. I can take initiative and make things happen, no matter what task is given to me. I am a family oriented person and enjoy spending time with them in my free time. Focusing on more personal attributes, I am a people’s person, enthusiastic and very energetic. I enjoy doing outdoor activities such as cycling (specific reference to riding the 94.7 and Cape Argus) and jogging.

Iam a down to earth person who is willing to learn each and every day
As from 2007 I worked as a taxi driver up until December 2012,when I got hired by a security company called G4s secure solution. I started working on the 10th of January 2013 up until August 2017 as a security officer and a driver during escorting, we were working in Eskom sites.In my previous jobs I learned a lot because I worked with different peoples that's made my communication skill good and work as a team and I'm still willing to learn more .
Pros: I learned that communication is the key and working together as a team and be discipline at all times.
Cons: I do not have a problem working different shifts and long hours as long as the job is done without any complaints from the client.

Possibilities
You can grow to an extent but there are limits.I prefer to grow in a company with possibilities to reach t g e highest peak.In G4 S it is hard to reach the top.

We learn everyday, everywhere.
I am flexible, which allows me to easily adapt in new environment and people. I enjoy getting to know more about other people, together with their culture. I have learnt more about corporate, including handling pressure, dealing with different attitude from other colleague. Also learn much with regards to my career. The challenging part can be dealing with sophisticated supplier that you have to get something from them and they are giving you hard time, but all I know is that humbleness is the best thing ever, be as calm as you can, till one get to realise they are fighting someone who is not fighting. I enjoy pressure, because I don't like to come to work and do nothing. I like learning new things, it helps me know more, I do not undermine people

Its a good learning environment
Am currently working for G4s as an HR intern since September 2017. my duties include; recruiting security officers capture finger prints for criminal checks filing and updating employee files

Building relationships with new and exciting client
Business development is challenging but exciting. Working with existing clients and building relationships with new clients. Providing clients with tailored solutions and providing excellent customer services

Learning curve
-8;30-5:00pm -work environment chilled -It is a good working environment however there is no much career growth and usually one relies on personal development for career advancement

Teamwork, collaboration
I have been in the Company since 2000. Been retrenched twice during the period. Company is global and the team is of the best, I have worked with. Gained experience in all fields of the industry and is still learning. I am currently busy with a Unisa Course in Bussiness Management and will complete in 2019. Large company with opportunities. Best company to work for. Economics however placing strain on it and cost cutting is the norm of the day

Relationship with co-workers
I am a young individual with mid-career experience that is that is opting for new challenges, love to learning and always up for a good fight. Generally I have respect for everyone always willing to assist my colleagues where I can and when I assist my colleagues I feel good that’s add positivity of my day. There is a sayings “make people your priority rather than personal success, and then success will make you it’s priority” what it means is that you need people to help you succeed, therefore it’s the same principals applies to companies. Team work is needed.
