Quick learner and adjust quick to situations. Effective and efficient

I have a good relationship with my co-workers and im a team player. I learnt how to deal with employees queries and how to handle difficult client over the phones, facially and via email queries. Learnt how to handle CCMA and Labour queries on the daily basis. I enjoy doing incapacity process with employees and advising employees. The most challenging aspects is when the sites are under and we need to fill the gaps especially difficult sites like US Embassy and International Airport

Pros: Good Opportunity to grow/promotions
Cons: Long working hours and weekend hours

Excellent Learning Skills and Team player

I have a good relationship with my colleagues, team player , peoples person, effective and efficient. I learnt alot especially when is Department of Labour Inspections and employees queries. Handle their queries. I enjoyed helping employees and doing incapacity for them.

FRIENDLY AND NICE ALSO TEAM WORKER

I REALY LIKE TO TAKE ORDES AS THEY GIVE ME AND DO THEM THE WAY THEY WANT THEM.IM SO CLOSE TO MY CO-WORKERS BUT NOT TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WHEN IM BUSY WITH MY JOB.I HAVE LEARNT THAT I MUST ALWAYS KEEP MY FILES UP TO DATE NOT TO WAIT FOR THE OADIT. I REALLY ENJOY MY JOB WHEN I HAVE THE FOOL STATIONARY.

Excellent life skill

We confirm clients visitors appointments if they are valid nor cancelled, we screen, search and guarding.we are working for G4s under USA Embassy in pretoria. We are contracted for 5years. I've leraned how to co-operete with many people from different countries and culture it's a security job but its unique to other security jobs.. Thank you for checking my application

Excellent learning curve

Excellent working environment, with good organisation culture. the down fall is, less growth opportunities and the salaries are less than average, Excellent learning curve because at G4S each department works to it's max especially in the HR department as it is always busy, with vast head count, new clients coming in to do business with G4S, means more new recruits in demand and more paper work to be processed.

Pros: less chance for growth
Cons: for office employees they work 8 - 9 hours which is ohk, but for the employees working on side such as security guards work for 12 hours which i strongly feel is straining the employees and fatigue affects the employees

Well English Spoken and Good Communication Skill

I enjoy working as a team because i have good communication skill and management relationship skill, working extra hours at works is also one of my interests because you have to be committed with your work, you have to love, respect your work and most importantly have a respect for everyone around you in the area of your work.

Well organised organisation

The company is well organised with resources but lack paying good salaries to its employees. No promotions even if you have qualifications. Every employee is given the chance to upgrade themself but endup not absorbing qualified employees inside the company.

Pros: No opportunities inside the company
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learn curve

I worked for G4's company for 7 years and my relationship with my manager it was very good. By working for G4S I learn a lots because now I again an experience of driving 8tons truck, and it teaches me how to work under pressure and to work long hours and to work as a team with other employees.

Pros: Yes it was a great work for promotion
Cons: Yes it was a long working hours
