I am willing to go the extra mile

I started my financial career in 1998 with The Reserve Bank of South Africa as a teller where I learned the skill and importance of accuracy. I left The Reserve bank to be a full time mother until 2004 when I felt the need to prolong my career again. I joined Superb Uniwell Systems in 2004 as a sales representative and was later promoted to Administration & Finances. I gained experience in:  Customer Service  Debtors & Creditors (Invoicing, Quotations, Debt Collection, Payments to Creditors)  Sales & Marketing  Procurement & Stock  Petty cash  Reconciliation  Filing  Capturing invoices  Attending to queries I left Superb Uniwell in Feb 2011 due to an opportunity to further my career prospects with G4S Secure Solutions as an Accounts Payable Clerk. I am a hardworking, target driven individual who is looking to extend and improve my financial experience.

Cons: Willing to work overtime if rewarded

Prons and the cons

I am working at G4S Correctional centre at Bloemfontein. my task on the daily basis involved the following task; solving the problems among the inmates,assist them with the complains and request, assessing the progress of the inmates twice a month, rehabilitation's of the inmates, great a safe environment for both officers and inmates. i have good working relationship with my co-workers because we trust each other inside and outside the prison i have learnt that the most vital thing in the prison is to work as the team and crime does not pay.i enjoy solving the problems among the inmates and co workers because in increases my knowledge of problems solving.the most challenging aspects of my work is to deal with the different gangs in the prison

Pros: Our company it is the flat structure, for you to be promoted someone must die,resign or dismissed
Cons: Working long hours with the in mates

I hav learned a lot there

I had a very good working relationship with most of th ppl there,people liked me there even though it was a demanding job allways i gave my all.i even won certificate of good perfomace ,u mst allways be on your toes bcs in that job time is important it is all about time management and attention to details you must allways be arlet

I have learn a lot at G4S but i still want to leatn more in different companies

I'm a fast learner , hardworker ,ambitious person. I'm willing to learn everything in different companies to add to my experience. I'm a problem solver reliable person. I like to work with team I even work alone I don't mind working overtime when its necessary.

Work in the security industry was a learning process

(+/- 100 Staff Members)  Planning and making all working rosters for UTi Meadowview and Longmeadow site.  Duty rosters for every day and manage the leave for staff  Controlling all new uniforms for 100 staff members  Warning letters and Final Warnings  Attendances Registers for 2 Sites  Manage Discrepancies on Site  Co-ordination of Polygraph tests  General PA Duties  All admin duties in office

Pros: Medical and Pension
Cons: This is a stable company

Bad learning

I've struggling by transport everyday from home to work and the salary is too small for me. And I'm working long hours and I work 13 days without off and at our workplace is not good because I'm working outside and there is no shelter even a guard room,and even if is raining we use umbrellas and raincoat.

Pros: Not good and since I started to work there is no promotion
Cons: Long working hours
