Excellent learning curve, opportunity for growth, Character grooming, Skill advancing

On a typical day i work 8 hours plus 1 hour of lunch which sums up to 40 hours per week and then there's after hours support adding on top of the 40 hours. The relationship that i have with my co-workers is work driven, we forever want to solve as many issues as we can to avoid complaint from the users and clients. We also have the non work sessions were we would empower ourselves about matters of life. I learnt that when focused and when you respect each other as co-workers we achieve more and we also do more.I enjoy the fun jokes we share while resolving issues and I also enjoy their honesty. The most challenging aspects of the job is that you forever learning new things on daily basis, new issues arise with any software update or additional deployment done.

I have grown and have learnt alot now i believe its time for change

To me business is not just about buying and selling: it is about the interaction between people, the innovation, the knowledge and determination to be a success. I believe I am a hardworking, driven individual with natural flair. My current employment has taught me how to persevere when faced with challenges. A typical day at the office is having to be under constant pressure and know how to handle it. I work with a diverse team we are always assisting each other where we can. I enjoy the work as well as the environment it pushes me beyond my limits which helps me learn as well as grow within my Department..

I enjoy the benefit of learing by doing work all by my self.

My name is Chapman. I enjoy working in the Hr department and wish to grow within the industry. I love working with people because I understand the problems some do face. I apply for this position because I believe I am the most suitable candidate. I have worked in th Hr department for more than 2 years and have gain alot of experience in the short time frame.

Very big company

They do not pay people according to job scale no grading has been done....exploiting employers and dont listen to their demands i dont see myself working here another year its too traumatic. Working here is best jst in terms or salaries we cant live a decent life always stressed at pay day...learnt a lot new devices all the time..

Excellent Learning Curve

operating hours: Monday - Friday (9 hours) Corporate culture is what I enjoy the most, because from Monday - Thursday (Formal Wear) and on Friday (Casual clothes) I have leant a lot at G4S Deposita, due to the period I have been working there as a learner/student doing my practical assessments as a Sales Administrator. Working there was a greater experience for me because I am became the best at doing my daily work rate. This company moulded me into the person I am today. During this short period, I have been with them has made me realise that I can be the best at what I do as long as I put my mind to it.

Pros: I was promoted to being the learners team leader
Cons: I can work flexible hours without hesitation
