Client focused as in this industry it's truly high octane environment from dusk till dawn, due to the risk factors and the current increase on cash in transit robberies. The team are all dedicated and persevere through many challenges. This has taught me to be more resilient and to allow my mind to adapt quickly to multi task challenges and queries in one action. I enjoy the sound of gratitude from the list of 2000 clients that ate attended to on a daily basis. The most challenging aspects of this job is the dynamics that are imbedded in this as there are so many moving pieces that need to work in unity in order for service delivery to be effective and efficient.

Great opportunity
Typical day in the office is nothing short of challenges as In this industry is fast paced. Team is comprised of dedicated and staff that peserver through 15 + hour days to ensure that the company's tasks have been achieved. I've learnt to be more resilient to the daily challenges as I have a daily client listing of 2000 clients and to deal with them effectively and efficiently, to think out of the box on many occasions to ensure that the clients services are met. I enjoy the fact that every day is not the same especially at G4S there's such a dynamic. Most challenging aspects is to balance or to ensure a stream line result in this fast pace industry with robberies, breakdowns of vehicles, and general ongoing challenges as the nature of this industry of collecting money is not a simple task as there are many moving pieces that have to work in unity to achieve this.

Early mornings start at 6am and end when the clients are all attended to thus resulting in closure of the branch around 01:00 the next day sometimes later. This fast paced environment has allowed me to grow and develop more skills to which enables me to be a better man and also perform all tasks to the best of my ability. The team is hardworking and dedicated to the organisation. I've learnt that dedication and perseverance can give you that edge irrespective of the obstacles. I enjoy the challenges as no day is repeated. I am a very loyal, dedicated and harworking person
I love my job, but i feel i have come to a standstill regarding promotions. The hours are very long but being able to love what i do compensates for that. I get along with every single one at our company and have been told that i'm the joker and a brilliant chef, as we cook once in a while on a Friday afternoon. G4S has taught me everything i know. I have had lots of learning years with the company and for that i will forever be greatfull.

Excellent,learning experience.
it is a nice environment but lacking a few important aspects,here there is no growth,no recognition of individuals perfomance,no rewards for excellent service.we are not measured.i enjoy the environment with my fellow colleagues,our busiest day is Tuesday and having to balance the days work
