Good group but less experienced gained

Good people with awesome skills but lack of working as a team and fair opportunities given in the workplace to all employees. No space given for a chance of improvement. Great skillful employees just need to bring it all into one to be Awesome!

Customer support

Daily support to customers over the phone and other third parties software for communication or sharing views. there is great team that can assist when you require some assistance. I learned that its easier to work with a team that has individual that are multi talented than having specialists in one thing. I enjoy resolving customer issues with regards to consulting to them. The most challenging aspect of the job is when you havent came across the issue and have to resolve it in a short time period, also no other co-worker can assist you.

Pros: Able to work under pressure due to help desk calls
Cons: Not enough room for growth
