great stepping stone and experience gain but no room for growth as an individual. The earnings are not feasible but we do get annual increases and bonus

Learning curve

my job doesn't challenge me at all i mastered it in 2days ,the switchboard does get busy and admin work as well but i always find it easy.I want a challenging job,that also gives me an advantage to grow within the business. Pays me a good salary or one that i can live on. These are all the things i don't get at my current workplace

Pros: none besides that i have a job
Cons: no room for growth...!
