Great working environment worked from home, bad payment dates, lack of commitment

Working there was great at first, but things started to go bad when my employer kept telling that he would pay me for the job I had done, yet a year went by when I would do websites for big clients like Moses kgosana, Mr Lesefu, till now he owes me more than 40 000. there was great at first, but things started to go bad when my employer kept telling that he would pay me for the job I had done, yet a year went by when I would do websites for big clients like Moses kgosana, Mr Lesefu, till now he owes me more than 40 000.

Pros: Met great big clients in South Africa
Cons: Unpaid projects, not being paid on time

Making new ideas and meeting big potential clients in web development

I worked from home designing website for clients, sometimes meeting them, also being able to do a lot of websites in a short amount of time and completing as i was the only developer there. This would also lead to great feedback from big clients yet the company went out of business. Challenging things would be to accomplish what clients would want but providing less money for it. As there were 3 of in the company our relationship with our boss was great.

Pros: Able to design amazing looking website through wordpress and using my design for each website.
Cons: My boss Promising a promotion and more money but still owes me 36000
