this is a very challenging industry where one has to be good in working with different kind of people from different invironment,we have to understand that there are very dificult customers i have to organise my personality so that i will be able to interact with my co-workers that is why i always find it easy to cope with daily challenges, i have developed a lot of skills and the understanding of the bookmakers business and how to manage i have learnt how to market such business since the company is new in KZN i enjoy the fact that in my experience when a customer comes to me with any challenging question i also challenge myself how can i help the and thats helps me grow in the business the most challenging aspect of this industry is being far from our bosses so as a someone in management i am challenged to make sure the stuff doesn't take that advantage and relax we have to push targets everyday

Pros: as per above stated that i have been recognised and got promoted from a clerk to a supervisor
Cons: in my experience i do understand why we have extended hours and i can cope with it

It was a great oppotunity I learn a lot and I'm now can proudly say I can run or manager each and every retails store because of the experiance I got at Gbeys
