Great learning experience

Demanding working load with a lot of daily targets, I've managed to reach continuously and now looking for new challenges. Multitasking on many clients accounts and queries. Frontline to prospective clients and old clients. Interacting with international colleagues to work seamlessly with clients, they are usually really quick. Small group in the office so sharing work becomes essential. Overall best client interacting expeeince. I deal with different clients from around Africa. Work literally starts at 08:00-17:30 non stop so mental fitness is a must. I've learned not to take things personal with clients but still work hard for them. Colleagues are very helpful when someone is stuck on a call. The most challenging this is the target, usually dealing with over 90 clients a day because we deal with the whole Africa but it's become manageable.

Pros: Great experience, demanding work and fun office space.
Cons: No real breaks, delays on queries dealing with money and overwhelming number of clients.
