Excellent learning experience

This company was very nice and has thw opportunity to learn more. The compant was very different and cultured . I had to answer phones and transfer calls .

Build my experience

There were some challenges that I enjoyed like building Mezzanine floor, staircases, repair a steel facrory after a huge storm, repairing a curtain liner truck after it was in an accident, building gates, fixing the presses that glues paper onto the wood, etc. I got along with all my coworkers. I have learnt to repair the presses. What I enjoyed about my work was to start a new product and I couldn't wait to see the end product.

Pros: To learn new things
Cons: Not permanent and unfairness from the employer and no bonus

Learning curve

The job is very challenging, it needs someone who is self motivated, focused, accurate and punctuality being a major role. Once you are late your day is already messed up. Being a team player I get along with everybody with in the company. what I enjoy most is meeting up with new challenges, I like being kept on my toes it where I see my capabilities. . The most challenging days are when an order is not delivered in time, where I must liaise between the angry customer and problem logistics has which leaded to customer not being served on time. One thing I have learnt is never to tell a customer that I understand his/her problem.

Cons: Long working hours
