It was a great experience and opened my eyes to know i want more

Excellent learing and personal growth. Will start my mba next year and want to advance myself to a position where i can give back my years of knowledge but also challenge myself to grow. I manage domino printing an agency within my company. Its a very competitive market and yet we grow 27% per year. The current team is small and we work as a dynamic unit. We also fit into a larger group. Any group as its good and bad, its how you manage it that determine an outcome. I enjoy opening large corporate accounts. I like motivating and assisting people I know i can add value to a management team work with a larger team to achieve the desired outcome. I am a very practical person and a great strategist and i love people

Cons: Work long hours when needed, cant help you if you cant help yourself

Learning curve

working from 8-4:30 Have sales meeting in Joburg every Friday afternoon Changed com structure, not earning com any more Never listen to their staff Lying to staff

Lots of opportunities

A typical work day was busy servicing customers and attending to there packaging requirements. Worked well in a team and with my co workers. I have learned a lot. I enjoy working with diffirent people daily. The most challenging aspect of the job is sourcing new business and convincing potential customers why they should do business with the company.

Pros: Great opportunity to earn commission

New environment.learning new things

On A daily basis l would deal with issues of health and safety as it's a logistics company with warehouse staff hence safety was a priority.l have excellent communication skills hence working as a team and with others comes naturally.l have learnt that human resources is all about sharing your past experience as well as learning how certain.indystries deal with industrial relations issues.

Pros: One can change department if they feel bored in their area of work

Its a great opportunity to develop an agency in SA with current market challenges

Develop systems to improve sales. Cost to company to ensure all ts are crossed. To look into new market ideas and development. New IT implementations that can improve company processing and create better output. Love people and their growth.
