Sales rep and manager

I have 16 years sales experience behind me and am very good at my job. I am able to get along with people of various ages or stations in life. I am confident, self-motivated and do not need to be supervised. I build great relationships with my clients and am an excellent motivator. My management style is firm but fair and I believe in incentives and creating healthy competition between the reps. Achievements Sales and management awards received. Moving up the ladder over the years, reaching incentives and winning a 5 day cruise due to annual target achieved. Increasing the company revenue by 5% and GP by 10% in 2016. Leading by example and motivating my staff through support, encouragement and motivation.

Pros: Great working environment. We work hard but are rewarded.
Cons: Being a manager I take my work home with me and sometimes work a 14 hour day.

Excellent learning curve

I always have a good time at work.. Currecntly i aman Admin clerk which is i am busy with admin most of the time. It is not a hallenging job like before when i was doing sales which i like challenge and competition. I have learned to be patient with my Sales rep as sometimes they delay me with some information to sbmit or do my paperwork. I am working closely with my co-workers as a team because there s nothing we can do without easchh other.

Pros: There are not really opportunities at my currect job.
Cons: Normal working hours
