Excelent learning

Easy to grow,I was given an opportunity to grow my knowledge on excel, outlook,sending reports,computer skills,facilitating employees which is not easy at all to deal with different personalities.I also learnt how to do calculation(formular) on excel sheet.I learnt more computer skills and leading skills.I learnt how to operate switchboard.it is good to work with people who are able to work as a team and to have an easily approachable superiors who treats everyone equal.

Pros: within a year in a company I obtained a great oppirtunity to be promoted from being a call centre agent to Quality assurer.
Cons: reasonable wirking hours
