I have learned to deal and handle a very angry and difficult customers .

I had to deal and manage a very busy switchboard and since my work mates are very bubby and freindly we manage very smoothly they are very suppotive and they make my work feels like a second home.at work i learned to put my personal problems aside and be professinal all the time at work if theres a misundestanding we sort it out in a civil manner because we dont want our hiccups to hamper the movement of daily business production.i enjoy my job very much because i get to meet new peaple every day as i love socialising and communicating with peaple i also love that i make new freinds because peaple come in as customers and they walk out as freinds and mazda family.my challenges that i face is dealing with customer that dont know what they want or the customer that wants things done their way.

Great challenge enforcing self development in many different aspects.

One is not micro managed hence given the opportunity to grow in aspecs such self discipline, self motivation, problem solving as well as managerial skills as I basically run a business within a business in summary. The nature of the job requires on to be a team player as it easier to achieve other things if you get along with other colleagues and other sales supporting departments such as parts/spares, admin and workshop. The thing that I enjoy the most about my role is seeing a satisfaction smile on the customer's face when they drive off with their new vehicle. The most challenging aspect is when there is unavailability of required stock by clients.

Cons: Long working hours including some holidays
