I have definitely sharpened my sward in the art of selling... Furniture.

As I am in sales our sales team has a daily sales meating first thing in the morning. We would share our daily commitments with the manager and give in our current percentage of the monthly target which is R.120 000 pp per month. We are a unit and together we all work together to meet the store target as a team. I have a great relationship with my co workers, myself and my fellow sales team do tend to be competitive with our targets which actually helps drive our will for sales. I have gained the necessary patience and understanding needed in the sales environment. I mostly enjoy reaching reaching target and closing deals. There are challenges in sales, and that is that every day is not the same and that is when I keep my mind set on the target and work even harder.

Excellent learning curve and multi skills

Reliable in staff because they free to talk to me about personal and work related issues Open book helped me a lot because co workers were able to help me when i was going through challenges I’ve learnt to put customeroneed first and i enjoy every moment when i see customer happy with services , i hav learnt to always go an extra miles with customer by advising customer even further about managing their credit for future benefits Enjoy introducing new products to customers and sharing different ideas with staff, enjoy most when we do reviews about our ideas only to come up with positive results I enjoyed grooming staff withinf and seeing ghem growing int the company The most challenging aspect is to over work in order to delever best results all the time every challenge is a motive to me to do better for the future i like challenges

Hardwork

Hard work gives good results and never give up in life stay positive to achive goals.And commitment start from me to achieve goal.always take staff as important asset in order to achieve goal and i must take into consideration that the customer are the life blood of the organisation must treat as a king

Work experience

Creating accounts for new customers both cash and credit. Calling customers to thank them for paying their accounts monthly as we arranged.Teaching them about edding some cash on their monthly instalments so that,they may finish their instalments before 24 months.I have learn to co-oparate with my superiors.I enjoy advising customers and talking to them about business helping them.The most challenging aspects it dealing with a hard customer who don't understand the rules of the company but I explain everything till she/he is full detailed.

Team work effectiveness

We work well as a team, we all have own duties and expectations.. we have targets to reach in order to qualify for the incentives. We worl in a very friendly environment amd we meet new people every day.?

BETTER

I ENJOY WORKING AND I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS. I HAVE LEARNED A LOT AND I WOULD LOVE TO GROW AS THE COMPANY IS GROWING.MONTH END IS VERY CHALLENGING BECAUSE WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMERS MONEY ARE CAPTURED OR RELOCATED TO THE THE CORRECT ACCOUNT.
