This is a good place to learn how to work in a team and independently at the same time. The editing and publishing deadlines keep you on your toes. Every employee contributes to the vision of the organisation.

Working at FunDza is easy. It is not a problem to get up in the morning to go to work. Bosses are friendly, co-workers are like family. At least 3 times a year we have team building to unite us as staff members. The most challenging part of my job is having to check the work others have done and sometimes I feel like I just have to do it myself. What I enjoy the most about working there is that everyone is like family, we laugh together, cry together and we are there for each other even outside of work.

Pros: Great environment to work in.
Cons: Dependent on funding, which could be very stressful.
