My experience as a Team Manager

I'm a team Manager, managing 2 teams and make sure they reach their targets everyday ( weekly, daily, and monthly targets). My colleagues are respecting me as I respect them we understand each other and make sure the job is done on time. Being a Team Manager taught me a lot e.g. to look after people and manage different attitudes and also to take ownership and own it. The most enjoyable part in my job is to meet different people in different malls as we circulate around the malls Fundraising.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Long hours but fruitful at the end

Flexible and Solution Orientated Individual.

I am a highly driven individual and have a passion for success. I have a sense of urgency to resolving queries applying the concept of great service delivery. I’m very organized & have a great level of hard work that comes naturally. I’m a good team player & I’m always open to instruction & correction. I have strong interpersonal skills & have the ability to interact with all individuals across all structures. I am readily available should you require an interview.
