I have worked in a financial sales and service industry for more than 10 years with in those years I have gained a lot of experience towards sales, Product specialist, marketing, building relationships, service, promoting the brand, Branding, administration, Finance, Investments, etc. I also feel like I can sell anything due to the skills that I have gained and learned. I am easy to work with anyone as we get temps employees in the company every year to help during peak that has also helped me be able to work with different personalities. My main duties in my current job is to build and maintain relationships with Eduloan/Fundi key account stake holders which include amongst them all the Government departments including high schools, NMMU, UNISA, RHODES University, Nelson Mandela bay Municipality, Kouga Municipality, Blue Crane Municipality, Grahams town city council, MSC College and other colleges etc.
Pros: The branches are small and have no capacity for promotions
Cons: I work long hours and saturdays so that I can make may target at the end of the month.

Dealing with customers and administrative work.
answering of calls from Student about their bursaries. Their balances in terms of how much they can spend on food, Book and accommodation. They block their cards and we help unblock them. They also have a app on their cell phone whereby they also need assistance with answering question in connection with our loan products which is the educational loans an laptops. During certain seasons we assist with the verification of application forms. this is whereby I do quality check and ensure all that is required on an application has been provided and captured correctly before it is sent for payment. I also assist with special project whereby our products will request me to test the customer experience before they launch or make change on the website. E.g. changes in the website application process.

Exceptional working experience
My client base pick hours are usually in the morning. As the time/day goes by things run smoothly and manageable. What makes me enjoy my job is, the relationship I have with my co-workers runs with mutual respect for one another. What i've really learnt in the office is that, with mutual respect for another there's no conflict. What I enjoy most with my job is the benefits and the entertainment area. But then when it comes to the challenges, the fun stops. The client base can get too hectic.

Working for this company was an excellent learning opportunity and I enjoy the culture.
II had The purpose of making a difference in peoples lives was refreshing. I enjoyed working in the the education space and creating products that didn't exist. Working with the public investment corporation and Futuregrowth was refreshing. It was wonderful to see the impact that we made in society.

Accurate Administrative duties in the Project /Policies environment
Very stressfull, as I multi-task for Human Resources dept. Working closely with HR Project Manager. I communicate easily with co-workers. Learnt about projects, Company Policies, disciplinary. How to handle Projects , Meeting deadlines, producing reports, attending meetings on a day to day business, challenging experience.

Excellent learning curve
the employer has shown me a lot of things and am think-full for that. I have enjoyed my time however the contract is ending soon i need to get a new job if the contract is not renewed

Learning
Working at Fundi has been a great eye opener and a learning experience when it comes to the lending space. The challenges have been with running a servicing and sales division and constantly promoting new campaigns within the business as well as leads. The integration of new telephony systems and crm solutions have been a learning curve and have thus enhanced the business with the months that have come. The energy and motivation of staff are phenomenal and the environment at Fundi has been energetic and inspiring. The people within the environment are always open to change because of the nature of the business.

Learning Curve
A normal day at Fundi involves customer service, queries and system adjustments. My experience with co-workers is good because the company culture enables fun and interactive workers. I haven't learned how to handle conflict how to deal with time management. I enjoy the spirit a d energy in between colleagues. The most challenging was trying to reach targets of the business

Excellent Organisational planning and time management
An enthusiastic, dedicated and versatile young person with an outstanding academic background and excellent attitude to work. Highly motivated, reliable with experience of working in a office / firm. I am self-motivated. Work well with different gender and race. Learnt excellent communication with HR, Clients and staff & Management. I enjoyed the Work experience in various departments.

Excellent learning Curve
The business is transforming so it's an exciting and frustrating environment. The people are the best to work with in terms of spirit. We laugh and help each other as much as possible. Fundi taught me to work with different characters and agendas. I learned to be professional and genuine. I loved the flat structure and the opportunity to figure things out so i got to be creative and think on different levels across various disciplines.
Pros: People are great to work with, impact on customers, drive to innovate, new company opportunity to make an impact
Cons: Decision making, Rewards & remuneration ethos, Politics and Lack of Corporate Learning Culture
