Good learning way

Our working day the are all the week including weekend except if is my off,all the employee they are good and working as a team,the most enjoying time it was when I realise that this people the are like family and work together as a team to grow the company.the job was so challeging because I didn't like to work on weekend especially 6:00 to 6:00 shift changed and to work at night was my last thing but i am doing it and got used to it.

Pros: is very high to gey promotion
Cons: 06:00 to 06:00

I'm willing to learn

I'm willing to learn and always go the extra mile to ensure that my customer is assisted with the goal of first call resolution . I make sure that i always meet my KPI's to ensure excellent customer service . i strive for excellence .

Pros: Work hard towards the goal of being promoted , always have a positive attitude
Cons: I'm willing to work long hours
