PROFILE SUMMARY Overview: I am a highly motivated, creative, analytical and enthusiastic individual. I strive on challenges and working under pressure. I possess a strong personal attitude towards lifelong learning and base the ideas in team work for goal achievement. Career Objectives: To fulfill the need and to equip myself with the necessary and technical skills in order to win in this fast-paced technical growth. I dealt well with customer complaints from where I work and I have studied HELP DESK (deals with the relation between technology and people that use it). In addition to being able to help people with computer related problems I also know how to fix computers. Most importantly I am a very calm and proactive person, which I've found helps a lot when working with people, I say what needs to be said when it need to be said. Self-starter who is able to work well independently

I am a self-starter who is able to work well independently as well as within a team, and a very quick learner. I believe that the exposure and experience that I have, in a wide range of UNIX and it operating systems.

I am always willing to learn and adapt. Learning will never stop since I want to keep up to date with the latest technology in the world of Information Technology. I am a very punctual person, neatness and accuracy being my number one priority. It is in my understanding that this job needs someone with a good knowledge of Networking and Servers but more importantly someone who is good with people. I have been in the IT industry for over 8 years now, but I have been working with people all my life.

Strong leadership and people skills

The current job is existing as there are many day to day structural changes required as well as reviving certain business areas that have not received focus until I was appointed. This has lead to more time being focused on customer and then align the solutions we have to the market and if need be adding new partners and solutions to bring more value

Pros: The international Fujitsu is an organisation with great pedigree that allows one to grow.
Cons: the local Fujitsu is an organisation that has not shown its full potential

Flexible and fast moving

Daily engagement with customers - being the project contact point between the customer and the company engineers. Building the PMO (reporting, dashboards, processes). Key focus on financial tracking and reporting - protecting the margin. Provide project management guidance and support.

Pros: Close to home.
Cons: Contracting and company changes.
