Opportunity for growth, challenging, and a learning experience

I work in the office , in the male dominated industry, The company is still new and growing, they believe in giving every one an opportunity to learn as much as they could, What I enjoy most about my job is first of all I work Monday to Friday, and it's close to where I stay so I don't take any taxis as a result I'm always on time for my shift. we only few ladies in the office and we relate very well, The most challenging will be that sometime I hardly go on a break because there is no one to cover for me, and sometimes have to cut my breaks short to come help, Having trouble in having to look at the gate all the time and doing my work as they currently do not have a security to check the in and out of vehicles and clients and sometimes getting in trouble if didn't see the cars standing by the gate.

Good learning experince

excellent working environment, good working relationship with co-workers and superior. company gives excellent skill development training. Busy days and checks on employees on their behavior towards safety of themselves and co-workers
