Missing good colleagues

We made sure we helped each other since we started working there. Last it became a corporate environment and I were not couping with all my work as they rescructured the dept and everyone started to back stab eachother... I unfortunately cannot work in such enviroment. The challenges was keeping JIT stock from our planning team. We printed the MRP and outstandings daily, placed orders and did tank dips and sat with our production team. Things and memories and good funny jokes that we made.

Pros: No unfortunately; we kempt asking; but they said overheads are too high.
Cons: Normal 8 hrs (08:00-17:30) unless your work isn't done.

Excellent opportunity

I enjoyed the everyday challenges, I enjoyed working with a diverse amount of people within our international structure from different nationalities and cultures. Co-Workers are considered family and a strong bond is forged. One is never to old to learn, and lessons learned were learned together and mistakes are their to correct one from making such mistakes again. The family tradition and comradeships from all employees. Never to back down or give up made it special something that I practiced in my personal life as well. Failure doesn't last and one can overcome and succeed if your willing to keep on trying. The most challenging aspects is never to miss a set target and disappoint a customer or company. We only had our company name and reputation and without those one can close shop.

Cons: no room for growth no one leaves

Good company and experience is good

As a credit controller at my current company it is good position At this moment I am handling a book value of 50 Million mostly OEM and commercial customers , i do allocations everyday in the morning daily and override some accounts due to credit limit and open up credit application for customers and follow up on payments and do recons and attend to any queries regards to non payment or credit not passed. I do work very well with my colleagues, the most challenging aspect of my position it is dealing with the sales reps and internal sales and sales managers as at our understanding of accounts differs as they need to reach a target for their sales I also need to reach my target for a month set by our FD, it is quite challenging to follow up on payment especially when you are not given full authority as at times you release orders due to management and procedures not being followed at the end of the day our target is not met and one's age analysis and DSO gets impacted .

Pros: Great benefits from the company
Cons: There is no growth

Excellent career spectrum.

My typical work day offers me an opportunity to know the other departments activities. I can easily understand the processes of other departments with ease. The most challenging aspect I had come across was the first time experience of auditing the MD of our company. I was excited to realise that this experience made my role as a chief auditor to be taken seriously within the entire organisation.

Pros: Opportunity to excell in my job.
Cons: Perfecting my auditing skills

Am a qualified fitter and turner with a red seal

I do maintenance on a plant more into mechanical and also electrical in some cases coz the company doesn't have a electrician. Am the only qualified fitter in my department ..i have good relationships witj my co workers and managers. I feel like i dont get paid enough on my company.i enjoy working at fuchs the only problem i have is money thats the reason am always looking for some new.

Pros: I don't see any opportunity for promotion
Cons: I work Saturday and overtime during the week
