Excellent learning curve

Great environment to work in, great staff and colleagues, always friendly and welcoming. I have learnt to accept the different personalities and cultures. I enjoy working as a team to reach our common goals and working hard to attain these goals. The challenging aspects f the job is practising courtesy when I have to put my foot down in order to have or get the job done, but mostly I love my team and we work well together.

Great place to expand my knowledge and strengthen my mindset

I've learned a lot about the insurance industry, customer care and multitasking. It has opened my thinking productivity as well as my confidence. I get to working with broker's as well as clients on a daily basis, each day I get to learn something new and exciting which I really do enjoy. Having to make sure that everyone has done their call backs and have provided feedback is a big plus for the growth.

Pros: Good working hours
Cons: Paid on wages
