No salary incrment, no bonusese work long hours no over time. director shouts at the staff call them names. Adviused people whose languagage is not englich do not know houhow to speak and rightr englich after 5 years of working for him.

Dealing with clients everyday

meeting targets monthly, doing my own administration, report writing. excellent working environment created by co workers. i have learnt to work under pressure. deal with clients. follow procedure at all times. i enjoy using different legends to obtain information from different debtors.
