Ability to do my job satisfactorily as per my KPIs.

I have a busy day at work as a plan my work with to do list, when my plan is accomplished I normally extent my hand to training other employees, or identifying their external training need. My Competencies included: SHEQ RISK MANAGEMENT, implementing a fully integrated SHEQ Management System according to 2015 standards (where applicable). Determine the strategic direction and work priorities in conjunction with management, for the continuous improvement of the Factory and Sites SHEQ Risk management programme and systems.

Am living finance

It's been 2 years am working as an accounts clerk at Fry's Metals. I have a good relationship with my colleagues. I like my job n I always meet the deadline and reaching the target. I came at Fry's as a student 2019 and I completed my internship 2020 then they offered me a position of being an account clerk two years contract n my contract is ending December this year. Excellent quality management system

It's great to work at fry's, with great pyrometallurgical exposure. On day to day My focus Is health and safety, Meeting productIon targets as well business continues improvement. Almost every single day one conducts troubleshooting on various plant issues and make use of different quality management techniques such as 1 point learns, 5s, kaizen , hira etc. Most challenging aspect of my job is meeting production targets with incomplete set of raw material.

Electrician Artisan who has been in the electrical fields for more than 22 years

Only qualified artisans are allowed to work in this company no one is going to tell you what to do or even help you must be someone who is passionate qualified and experienced to perform your duties or otherwise you will find yourself causing a lot of downtime due to breakdowns if you’re not qualified
